Villa Marina Nova is located between Pollensa and Alcudia, around 3 km. to the lovely old town of Pollensa, and is set in lovely mature gardens perfect for enjoying the Majorcan countryside.
It is a lovely semidetached villa with great views across to the Serra de Tramuntana mountains behind Pollensa.
Inside there is an open plan rustic style kitchen with modern conveniences such as dishwasher, gas hob and electric oven, etc. The lounge is comfortably furnished with sofa and two armchairs, a woodburning stove and a large flat screen TV with satellite channels.
On the first floor there are two air-conditioned bedrooms, one double and one twin, both sharing a shower room.
Outside there is a further shower room, a furnished covered terrace, and a lovely swimming pool surrounded by a beautiful lawned area and mature trees.
This villa is a great for family holidays or for couples within easy reach of beaches and the charms of Pollensa and Alcudia. THE TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE.

Can Tolo is a completely recently remodeled four people villa placed in a country lane in the near of the area of Puerto Pollensa, in the North of Mallorca. The villa is characterized for the calm of the area where it is placed in, being suitable for all these people and/or families that are looking for peaceful holidays. However, the beach is just four kilometer far, as well as the main local areas of Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. The house is decorated in traditional Mallorquin style, with a predominance of wood and stone. A large dinning room leads to a very well equipped kitchen. Both bedrooms are spacious, and between them there is placed the bathroom. The outside terrace with its stone pillars is perfect for having a rest in the shadow or for having a pleasent reading. In the outside area, apart from the private swimming-pool, there is a barbecue are with table and chairs to enjoy your own cooked meals.
