The villa was is modern in design, comfortably furnished to a high standard, whilst retaining elements in the decoration and construction that reflect the rural surroundings.
The spacious entrance with solid, wooden double doors blends harmoniously with the large sandstone block work of the walls. Arranged on two levels, a magnificent master suite with a huge corner terrace monopolizes the first floor. The jewel in the crown of Mares' charms has to be its wide, shaded pool side terrace and its iridescent green tiled free- flow swimming pool. The villa comprises of a large bright lounge dining area with access to the swimming pool area and terraces; a lovely and spacious fitted kitchen fully equipped with microwave, electric hob and oven, dishwasher and a laundry room where the washing machine is located and two twin bedrooms sharing a shower room.
Upstairs nests the lovely master bedroom which has a double bed with an en suite full bathroom and access to a nice terrace from where there are glorious views towards the fields and valleys. The rooms are air conditioned.
