Villa Maldonado is a gorgeous two storey villa with four bedrooms and four bathrooms which easily accommodates up to 8 guests. The villa is situated in Pollensa old town just within walking distance of the shops, restaurants, bars, and church square, where you can buy locally produced food and artisanal products at the weekly Sunday market.
On the ground floor you will find a large fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances including an oven, gas hob, microwave, and dishwasher, it also has direct access to the covered terrace overlooking the pool and garden. There is a large dining room and a spacious living area with plenty of comfortable seating, an ornamental fireplace, and a flat screen TV. In addition, the ground floor has a pantry and a utility room where the washing machine is located , there is also a guest bathroom with shower.
On the first floor we find one master bedroom with en suite bathroom and small private terrace, another double bedroom and two twin rooms which share a bathroom, one of the twin rooms also enjoys access to a large terrace overlooking the garden.
Outside there is an impressive garden with magnificent views and with tropical trees and plants, there are plenty of sunny and covered terraces where you can relax and dine alfresco just by the private swimming pool (8.4m x 4.4m) . Other wonderful features include a separate barbecue house next to the pool which has a brick-built barbecue, food preparation area, a covered dining area and an extra shower room.

Set in a countryside location, the villa is built in two levels and has lovely views towards the Puig de Maria hill. This traditional farmhouse villa is surrounded by lovely gardens and it has been designed in local style with ceramic floor tiles, white walls and Majorcan furniture. The villa offers comfortable accommodation; the main entrance into the house takes you into the lounge and dining area which has comfortable sofas including satellite TV, a DVD player and an open fire place with a wood burning stove to use during the cooler periods of the season. There is a very well designed farmhouse-kitchen with lots of storage cupboards, a gas hob, an electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and a fridge/freezer. From the lounge French doors open out onto a lovely shaded terrace which looks onto the swimming pool and garden with palm trees and an abundance of other Mediterranean plants. There are four bedrooms, one double and three twins, all sharing two bathrooms. A further exterior shower room is a bonus and ideal to use when around the pool. All bedrooms have air conditioning units.
