Description
Townhouse Bugera is situated in the historic quarter of the Old Town of Pollensa. The house is a 5 minutes’ walk from the fabulous main square, with all its pavement cafe bars, restaurants and shops on your door step.
The property has been lovingly reformed by the owners, using the best quality materials: all the fixtures and fittings are of a high standard. The house enjoys a private interior terrace with dining table, sunbeds, a separate sitting area, a lovely private little pool, and a fantastic covered BBQ area.
The house is for six people. On the first floor, there is one master en suite double bedroom with an en suite bathroom. There are two further twin bedrooms sharing a separate shower room.
Downstairs there is another bathroom with shower. The modern kitchen is open to the lounge dining area, with a lovely table and seating for up to six people. The kitchen has all the modern appliances, such as ceramic hob, electric oven, integrated microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer etc. The house has a delightful mix of the old character features blended beautifully with modern facilities and appliances, striking a wonderful balance between old and new. The court yard area is completely private and has a small pool to refresh. The house has satellite TV, air conditioning throughout and Wi-Fi.
All in all, Villa Bugera is a fantastic town house in Pollensa, extremely close to the centre and its well-known main square, but at the same time it offers privacy and a great terrace area with a superb covered BBQ area.

Brilliantly located house in the lovely town on Pollensa. We stay in townhouses in Pollensa every year and we got a great deal on this house. Perfectly located just a 5 minute walk to placa major. Our only gripe was that it needed a little bit of tousee more
Brilliantly located house in the lovely town on Pollensa. We stay in townhouses in Pollensa every year and we got a great deal on this house. Perfectly located just a 5 minute walk to placa major. Our only gripe was that it needed a little bit of touching up and cleaning. A couple stains on walls and it was quite dusty. Little things like all the wiring for the tv on the floor of the living room. A little bit of TLC required is all. Other than that, an enjoyable stay and if I could get the same deal, would book again.

Das Haus war grandios. Es gab überhaupt nichts auszusetzen. Wir hatten das Haus eine Woche, von Samstag bis Samstag, gemietet. Mittwochs stand plötzlich das Hauskeeping im Flur um einmal durchzuwischen und die Handtücher zu wechseln. Das hat uns posisee more

Das Haus war sehr schwer zu finden. Wir standen erst bei den Nachbarn im Flur bevor wir "unsere" Haustür gefunden haben. Die Hausnummer ist 26.
