This attractive stone villa is set amongst mature gardens containing a variety of plants and shrubs. A lawned area surrounding the private pool provides the perfect location to relax in the sun and enjoy the beautiful mountain views.
The house shares a residential cul de sac with a handful of other villas but retains a good degree of privacy. The famous and popular old town of Pollensa is close by and there are supermarkets and a couple of bars within easy reach.
Inside, the house is traditionally furnished and decorated with beamed ceilings and terracotta floors. We access the villa by the main door situated by the front terrace, that leads direct to the spacious lounge dinning. To the right a door leads to the fitted kitchen, totally equipped with all the necessary equipment in a holiday home. On this level of the house we can find one twin bedroom and a separate bathroom with shower.
Upstairs we find the rest of the bedrooms. They comprise of two doubles and one twin and a further full bathroom. All bedrooms have air condition units. Set in a countryside location, the villa is built in two levels and has lovely views towards the Puig de Maria hill. This traditional farmhouse villa is surrounded by lovely gardens and it has been designed in local style with ceramic floor tiles, white walls and Majorcan furniture. The villa offers comfortable accommodation; the main entrance into the house takes you into the lounge and dining area which has comfortable sofas including satellite TV, a DVD player and an open fire place with a wood burning stove to use during the cooler periods of the season. There is a very well designed farmhouse-kitchen with lots of storage cupboards, a gas hob, an electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and a fridge/freezer. From the lounge French doors open out onto a lovely shaded terrace which looks onto the swimming pool and garden with palm trees and an abundance of other Mediterranean plants. There are four bedrooms, one double and three twins, all sharing two bathrooms. A further exterior shower room is a bonus and ideal to use when around the pool. All bedrooms have air conditioning units. For environmental and energy savings, this villa has timed air conditioning to ensure you have air conditioning during the middle of the day and throughout the night.
