This lovely mature and cozy house is set in the heart of Cala San Vicente just from a short walk to the two beaches of the resort.
Inside the house there is a very spacious open plan lounge dining area with doors opening onto the shaded front terrace. Next to the dinning there is a fully equipped fitted kitchen with a door opening onto the rear terrace.
A passageway from the dinning area leads to the bedrooms, these comprises of two doubles and one twin, all the tree bedrooms are sharing two bathrooms, one with a bath and another one with shower. All the bedrooms are provided with air conditioning and fitted wardrobes.
There are plenty of sunbeds and an alfresco dining set - perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean sun. This is a great private villa perfect for a family wanting space for children to enjoy and also has the advantage of being within walking distance to the beaches, shops and restaurants.
