Cala San Vicente is one of Majorca�s most popular coves; far from the bustling crowds, with clear turquoise blue waters, ideal for scuba diving and snorkelling and still only minutes drive from the old town of Pollensa or the cosmopolitan resort of Puerto Pollensa.
This original mill, built in 1775, was where olives were crushed to produce the finest olive oil for the area. Nowadays vill Oliva (also known as Can Vich) is overflowing with history and character, and has been tastefully refurbished with typical stonework of the region to offer both comfort and style, character and charm.
Two impressive grand staircases both lead up from the entrance hall to the bedrooms situated on the first floor, each with wooden beamed ceilings, stone edged windows and breathtaking views across to the surrounding mountains and local olive and fruit groves.
The kitchen is a typical farmhouse kitchen fully equipped with a spacious dining area, long dining table and again steeped in character.
The pool area has a tranquil setting and has open and covered terraces dotted around the grounds providing different vistas whilst sunbathing, relaxing in the shade or simply enjoying that glass of local wine and don�t forget the olives!
The entrance to the property is through a spacious, airy hall and an open plan lounge with beamed ceiling. There is kitchen with a breakfast bar and ample dining area with access to back terrace. Two staircases lead up from the hall to the two double and two twin bedrooms and two separate bathrooms (a full bathroom and a shower bathroom).
