Description
We are happy to offer you this nice second floor apartment situated right in the heart of Port Pollensa. It is in an amazing location just at 350 metres from the sea, the pine walk that skirts the bay, and the main square. This apartment is ideal for couples or families that wish to be near the sea in a central location.
Inside, the apartment is of a modern design. It is very light and clean with white walls, wooden floors and bright white spotlighting. All the rooms are air-conditioned. Upon entering the flat, we can find the spacious lounge dining area with glass doors opening onto the large sunny balcony, which is nicely furnished with a dining table and chairs. The separate kitchen is also well equipped with electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and plenty of storage space.
The bedrooms comprises of two twin bedrooms with doors opening onto the balcony. There is a further bedroom with a single pull out bed and a shower room.
The main advantage is the fact that the sandy beach is five minute´s walk away and you have some wonderful Spanish restaurants on your doorstep to sample the local cuisine. This apartment is a great Holiday property situated in the heart of Puerto Pollensa. It is just a couple of minutes from the beach and all the cafes, restaurants and shops of the resort – there is a supermarket very close by too. THE BALEARICTOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE.
